Doodle Shooter Terms of Service

Terms governing use of the Doodle Shooter browser game, challenges, leaderboards and multiplayer features.

Last updated: 2026-09-09

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of DoodleShooter.online and the Doodle District browser game (together, "Doodle Shooter"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are not old enough to agree to these terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

The Service

Doodle Shooter is a free browser game offering solo survival, seeded challenges, anonymous leaderboards and browser-to-browser multiplayer. No account is required for ordinary gameplay. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed as the game develops.

We do not promise that every browser, device, controller, network or shared challenge will remain compatible indefinitely.

Fair Play and Acceptable Use

You may use the service for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not:

  • manipulate requests, automate submissions, exploit bugs or falsify results to gain an unfair leaderboard position;
  • attack, overload, scrape excessively, probe or bypass security, rate limits or access controls;
  • distribute malware or use the service to violate another person's rights;
  • impersonate another person or use abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or privacy-invasive multiplayer names or communications;
  • interfere with another player's game or network connection outside the mechanics intentionally provided by the game.

We may reject scores, remove leaderboard entries, restrict features or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect players, the service or leaderboard integrity.

Challenges, Scores and Multiplayer

Challenge links and leaderboard scores are provided for entertainment. A shared URL may contain a seed, target score, wave, map and campaign parameters. It is not proof that a particular person achieved a result.

Multiplayer sessions rely on WebRTC and participating players' devices and networks. Hosts and peers may disconnect, perform poorly or behave in ways we do not control. Do not share sensitive personal information in a display name, lobby code or multiplayer interaction.

Intellectual Property and Open-Source Software

The Doodle Shooter site, branding and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The game also incorporates open-source software and upstream game code governed by their respective licenses. Those licenses continue to apply and are not replaced by these terms.

You may link to the public website and share score cards or challenge links produced by the game. You may not falsely claim affiliation with us or use our branding in a misleading way.

Third-Party Services

The service depends on third parties such as hosting, analytics and multiplayer signalling providers. Your use of those technologies may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, permanent storage of scores, availability of a particular lobby, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Game progress, local settings, leaderboard entries and shared challenges may be lost, reset or invalidated because of updates, abuse prevention, technical failure or service changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, opportunity or enjoyment arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and Termination

We may update these terms or modify, suspend or discontinue the service. The revision date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit access when these terms are violated or when necessary for security, legal compliance or service integrity.
